Dr. Siddique, the Founder and Chief Medical Officer, is a fellowship-trained Endovascular Radiologist at Third Coast Vascular in Sheboygan and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is board-certified in radiology, focusing on vascular and interventional radiology.
Dr. Siddique earned his Bachelor of Science in physiology and graduated with honors from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti. He attended graduate school and medical school at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
After earning his Doctor of Medicine, Dr. Siddique completed a residency in general surgery at the Medical University of Ohio in Toledo and a residency in radiology at Wayne State University’s School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan.
He worked as the resident director of the Sinai Imaging Center at Wayne State University, then completed his vascular and interventional radiology fellowship at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor.
Dr. Siddique gained experience working directly with patients and in leadership positions for nearly 15 years before becoming the Vascular Director at Third Coast Vascular. Today, he specializes in advanced wound and vascular care all in one place.
Along with his work in the clinic, Dr. Siddique is active in research and education within his field. He has published dozens of studies and lectures on vascular care and radiology throughout his career.
Dr. Siddique is a member of the Wisconsin Medical Society, the American Medical Association, the American College of Radiology, and the Radiological Society of North America, among other professional organizations.
Lori Brooks, MD, is the medical director of wound care services at Third Coast Vascular in Sheboygan and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and has nearly 30 years of experience.
Dr. Brooks attended Carroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in chemistry. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
Dr. Brooks continued her clinical education with a transitional internship at St. Luke’s Hospital and a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She worked in rehabilitation and wound care in Sheboygan and Milwaukee for over 20 years, then returned to school for a hyperbaric medicine and wound care course at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center in California.
At Third Coast Vascular, Dr. Brooks specializes in wound care. She provides advanced treatment, including in-office hyperbaric chamber therapy, and has been named one of Milwaukee Magazine’s Best Doctors for five years.
Dr. Brooks is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support by the American Heart Association. She is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care, and the Wound Healing Society.
